Brake and Tire Check

I dropped my car off here because the night before I put air in my tires but this one tire was flatter than the rest and wouldn't fill up any. I got the donut on and drove it the Brake and Tire the next day. Matt said nothing was wrong with it, he didn't find any holes or leaks but didn't charge me anything for the time they took for me in their busy day. He even noticed a sound coming from my car and offered future help and wasn't pushy about getting me to schedule or even commit to getting work done there. I thought that all was really cool and wanted to share that- by my experience, it seems good honest down to earth people service here.

Been going to Brake and Tire Check and can’t recommend them enough. Tristan and Zach run a great operation. Service is top notch, they consistently go above and beyond, and the prices on tires are hard to beat. If you’re looking for cheap tires and honest, quality service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! They were the only ones opened so early in the morning when I got a flat tire, I was running late for work about an hour away but they managed to get the spare on and order a replacement for me to get it fixed in the afternoon. Both times took less than 20 minutes and the staff was super friendly.

I had a great experience at Brake Check! Tristan was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and even brought me out to visually inspect my brakes so I could understand exactly what he was talking about. I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. I usually get nervous bringing my car in for service because I don’t know much about cars, but Tristan made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and I left feeling informed and confident about my car. Great customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, friendly service!

I truly appreciate how Matt, Tristan, and James were able to turn what should have been a stressful situation into a great experience. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle. They didn’t try to upsell me or jump to worst-case scenarios. Instead, they diagnosed the issue correctly and handled the repair efficiently. Thanks for fixing my rear CV Axel and hub bearing!
